hi vicky,

I am a great bread lover. I shop around cornwall to buy the best bread (health food shop, m&s, tom's bread are few example). I saw your bread in trevaskis farm recently. I used to buy baker tom's bread there. I was debating whether or not to buy your bread for the last few weeks as i was happy with baker tom's bread. But one day i decided to pick up your multiseed bread. I tried it for the breakfast next day. what can i say vicky? MY goodness........................ such a tasty bread. I never tasted a bread like that in my bread hunt for the past 3 years(my passion towards bread started only 3 years ago).

chewing the hard corners - good exercise to the jaws while the middle bit is soooooooooo spongy, the feeling of no added fat or salt gives me a freedom to cut my slice thicker than normal(as i am very health conscious).

since last 10 days whenever i sit in my breakfast table i say loudly "thank you vicky for making such a tasty bread". Later i realised that there is no point in thanking you silently. you deserve more than that. so i got your contact details on the website and deceided to email you.

words fall too short to say what tasty breads you make. however a big "Thank you " for taking your time and effort to make such a lovely bread for all of us.

could you let me know what are all the different kinds of bread you make. Your multiseed bread contains both white and wholemeal flour. do you make multiseed bread just using the whole meal flour itself? other than trevaskis farm where are the other places stock your bread?

once again thanks vicky for your lovely bread(also pass it on to your husband. I do not know what is his part in baking side but understand that he is supporting you in running your business)

In 2007 we won three gold Taste of the West awards for our organic multigrain, organic olive and thyme and organic bordelais.
In September 2008 we were one of the three finalists for the Cornish organic food producer of the year award from Cornish life magazine.
